Take your business where you'll be appreciated by the whole staff. There is an hour left in the business day and I still haven't received a call. I was under the impression that the parts were on hand ready to install. I called Open Road RV service on 3/30, talked to a different Tech who said she could have it repaired by Thursday 4/1 (April fools) and that she could order the part and I could pick up the TT Thursday. Needless to say 3/18 cam and went without a call. He asked again, I figured he's angry with me and I better say 'yes'. He asked me again and I repeated my answer. I said that would allow me to camp with my family. The Tech asks me if I would like it back on 3/18. I was told that the repairs were minor and they had the parts. I called 3 days in a row (beginning 3/9) before getting a call back. I brought it in and was told it would be repaired by 2/18/21. So I canceled my appointmentĪnd scheduled the repair at the dealership I purchased from. I found out that in order to be repaired under warranty, I had to bring it to a Forest River Certified repair shop. I arranged to have it repaired at local repair shop. In November we noticed that the awning had pulled out of the channel near the roof and a strut broke between the tires on the passenger side. I purchased a TT from them mid August of 2020. If you purchase an RV from this business.
